They are personal problems as I do not understand why it is that Governments listen to the same solution’s and ignore new ideas with new solutions. Not just my new ideas but those of others too. If the World is to progress then the People must be heard.

I have attempted to inform our Prime Minister Theresa May and MI5 that terrorism will not be defeated by force alone. However, my work which offers an alternative to writings of ISIS is ignored by the UKGOV.

There must be an alternative to the theory and rewriting of the Quran by ISIS. The written word when used to foster a cause is a very powerful weapon.

The UKGOV and MI5 seem unable to understand how terrorism has rapidly developed into a creed. It is a new religion using God as a surrogate tool to foster the belief of ISIS that they alone speak for God. It has been very cleverly developed by those who write for ISIS. The West has no alternative and will continue to suffer the tragic consequences.

Sending a person from a third World Country would still produce the same result and perhaps more so as now they have ISIS to articulate their discontent with the inequality of rights.

Q. Why have I written this?

A. Because I care about our World and the National and Global Security that is needed to ensure that mankind has a future. I perceive the somewhat ‘strange’ attitude of the United States and U.K Security Organisations such as NATO and the CIA/MI5/6 to the ‘Runaway Effect’ of Brain 2 Computer Technology to be a liability to both National and Global Security. I can find no logical reason to explain their lack of understanding of what will if not controlled become a threat to Global Security other than they have been ordered to ignore its development – which in itself a contravention of their own Statutory Requirements to safeguard National Security.

Runaway Effect. An inbuilt organic exponential growth which accelerates as it extrapolates to the point where it becomes a critical mass whose growth cannot be that of a controlled technology but that of an uncontrollable virus.

Brain to Computer Communication is a fact. It is not Science Fiction. We can no longer consign it to the realm of ‘tin hats’ and ‘fanciful imagination’. Research into deciphering the electrical impulses from the mind began in 1875 by Richard Caton who was a British physician. Canton was crucial in discovering the electrical nature of the brain and laid the groundwork for Hans Berger to discover Alpha wave activity in the human brain.

Hitler and the Nazis also carried out the same research. At the end of WW2 1600 Nazi Scientists involved in weapons and associated research went to America with Operation PaperClip . Some were involved in mind research.

Operation Mk Ultra was the CIA’s Public incursion into Brain to Computer Research. The operation began in the early 1950s, was officially sanctioned in 1953, was reduced in scope in 1964, further curtailed in 1967, and officially halted in 1973.

In July 2017 the U.S.A. Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency DARPA awarded $65 million to develop the perfect, tiny two-way brain-computer interface. That is of course what we are told. No doubt the reality is that in 1875 Governments and Military learned of the possibility of being able to read and control the mind. It is highly likely that Governments and other interested parties have been investing in Brain 2 Computer Research from as far back as the early 1900’s. DARPA Brain Initiative is contracted out to the Private Sector. What are the safeguards in place to ensure a hostile agency, Country or Group have access?

A. Nobody knows and that is why the CIA and other Nation’s Security Services must conduct an urgent audit of its progress. Brain 2 Computer Technology has the potential to be more dangerous than nuclear weapons. Why? Because it can be used to control nuclear weapons systems.

In the Research Laboratory the Technology may be hardwired. However, in the real world of Technology Criminal Exploitation a Developed B2C Technology could be transmitted with an implant that was fitted to a U.S.A.F Fighter Pilot when he was asleep, in a hospital on a operating theatre, when he was in a crowd, when he put his clothing on or when his wife could fit it whilst he slept. The implants are so small that they can barely be seen by the naked eye. You do not have to be a rocket scientist to come to the conclusion that at some point in time the B2C Technology will become organic and children will be born with it. All wired up, ready to be used and controlled.

Recently Elon Musk has invested in NeuraLink to also develop Brain 2 Computer Technology. My concern is that as we have not fully developed the Brain’s Capability all his research will do is prevent the natural development of the mind and increase the security risk of Brain 2 Computer Technology. Once a person is implanted with a connection that connection can then be accessed by anybody including those who may not operate in the best interests of National and Business Security. AI is not capable of original thought and never will be. AI will never be able to produce a new idea. Only the Human Brain has imagination.

The National Security Agency website states ‘Defending our Nation. Securing the Future.’ Really NSA ? Type in the words ‘ Dangers of Computer to Brain Technology’ into the NSA website search engine. What do you get – nothing. No warnings, no discussion not even a mention that somebody in your next business meeting could be ‘connected’ or your next Navy Seals Operation could be Wi-Fi’d to the enemy.

That is the problem. Our ‘intellectually challenged’ Governments do not appear to understand the ‘nightmare’ of what they developing and spending $millions and $millions on. The nightmare of Brain to Computer Technology is that is able to be used by anybody with a computer and the software for receiving and transmitting information from the Brain – and for many in our morally deficient world everything has a Price and many including ISIS and Al Qaeda as well as Criminals will pay it.

When the Commander of a United States Navy of the Ohio Class fitted with active strategic thermonuclear warheads next goes to the dentist and is put under could somebody insert a computer to brain implant into him? He would never know. Would an Intel Handler at R.A.F Northwood, Pine Gap in Australia, The Pentagon or GCHQ know? Were Intel handlers at any of these Security Installations checked for a developed Computer 2 Brain Technology in the last 24 hours, 48 hours, last week, last month, last year? Ever? Is there a Research Group carrying out Brain 2 Computer Technology Development who has access to Security Facilities?

The Brain 2 Computer Technology cannot and must not be allowed to be developed ad-hoc. Governments must ensure they know who is developing it and where and at what stage the development is at.

Personally I believe it all to be a waste of time and money. It has no benefit to mankind. Its only use is control and intrusion. But regardless of my opinion as to its real benefits to the progress of mankind the Security Implications are not merely an opinion. They are dangerously very real.

Brain 2 Computer Technology transmits visual, audio and mind information in binary form it can be accessed by anybody before it gets to the receiver . A bit like Wi-Fi is hacked into. Who has it fitted. Do you?

Warning: My urgent and immediate advice to those in Government, the Senior Military and the CIA/MI5/6 is to immediately audit and verify all research and all personnel in all fields of the Sciences and Behavioural Research who are or may be involved in Brain 2 Computer Research. Memory Loss and the development of only ‘controlled memory’ as the end of Free Thought.
Organic Development by insertion of bio engineered control system to allow complete control of brain electron circuits.
A new form of human physics which transforms mind motor neuron control to manmade body components whilst retaining the human form for structure.
Replacement of key individuals in Government and Military with Human Robot Controlled Humanoids.
The Eventual Replacement of Mankind as ‘Free Thought’ in order to save it from its own destruction by a Power Elite who seek their own Survival and Destiny through Total Control.
Total Power controls absolutely and must control all that is capable of Free Thought if it is to survive.

Summary.

Time and events will prove if my warning was right or wrong. However, can we as People allow a Brain 2 Technology be developed which ‘Creates mankind in the image of whoever controls the Technology’? I describe Brain 2 Computer Technology as a virus. Its rate of development is now exponential, it’s fitting to minds is unrestricted, its potential for control by a Group or Power who do not want democracy is only restricted by the amount they want to pay for its developed use. The danger of Brain to Computer Technology to the future of mankind can be measured in the megatons of TNT per metric ton of nuclear weapons.

What should be our greatest concern is that our Governments and their Security Agencies seem to be unaware of the dangers of a rapidly developing technology which has the real potential to access any mind anywhere at anytime. From the Nuclear Command systems of a submarine with nuclear weapons to the cockpit of a B52 Bomber armed with nuclear weapons Brain 2 Computer Technology has the potential to access every mind everywhere.

Could a developed Brain 2 Computer Technology reduce the Integrity of the Security at GCHQ, NATO, The Pentagon & Pine Gap?

It is a logical and rational question to ask. The development of Brain 2 Computer Technology is not going to stand still and has not.

At what point in time should we consider it to be a virus and not a harnessed and controlled technology?

When it is too late?

If I were the CIA, NATO, MI5/6 and the Governments I would now consider the possibility that Brain 2 Computer Technology is potentially more dangerous than nuclear weapons.

Why do Afghan Taliban and ISIS fight while they have same ideology?

The Taliban have a relationship with the history of Afghanistan and a vision for its people.

ISIS is made-up of a group of people from different countries who want to force their vision of an Islamic State into whatever space they can find.

As for ideology ISIS apply an out of context development of ‘key phrases’ selected from the Quran to situations in history and then take the people they want to support and die for them back to that time.

The Taliban live in 2017 and apply the teachings of the Quran to the people as a development of its mortality and principles.

U.S policy in Afghanistan is creating an alliance between the Taliban and ISIS which the Taliban do not want but are being forced into in order to fight the U.S. The Taliban have been fighting since 1979. They will never be defeated. How can you defeat a people who will die for their Country and all it means to them.

It is also why it is important that a new development and understanding of the ‘Word of God’ is developed to counter that of ISIS. However, this is lost on the likes of U.K Prime Minister Theresa May and MI5 who I believe do not understand how to defeat terrorism. Their solutions of increased force and security will not stop those who consider ISIS speaking on behalf of God from wanting to support and act for them.

I have tried to make that point to the United Kingdom Government and MI5 but they do not even reply with an acknowledgement – ignoring the obvious is short-sighted and dangerous.

ISIS and the Taliban are very different. But the U.S is bringing them together when it should be talking to the Taliban in order to assist division – after all China and Russia are. It is not Chinese or Russian troops who are being killed in Afghanistan it is American. It is time to move on.

Islam is said to be a religion of peace, what’s your opinion?

When over 2 billion followers of Islam wake-up every morning their only thought is that they follow the Peace written in the Quran and co-exist with the rest of the World.

When I walked through Auburn Sydney, which is an Islam Community in Australia to visit their mosque I was not mugged, robbed, beaten up or told that being a Catholic was a reason for me to die.

When I have been to a mosque to pray nobody questioned my right to be there.

Wherever I have been in the World from Australia to the U.S and in the U.K nobody from Islam has ever sought to question my beliefs with the threat of violence.

When I read that civilians deaths in Afghanistan in 2017 have increased by 50 per cent from U.S Air Force bombing I note that most of the aircrews are Christians.

When I watched with horror the children in Aleppo being killed by bombings I noted that the Russian assistance and bombing was not of the faith of Islam,

When I write about the ‘Word of God’ to improve the World it is my Prime Minister Theresa May and the entire U.K media who deliberately ignore my work. I note they are mostly Christians.

When the U.K supplies weapons to Saudi Arabia which are used to bomb children in Yemen I note that the U.K is predominantly Christian.

When President Trump met with the King of Saudi Arabia to supply even more arms with which to bomb children in Yemen I note that he too is a Christian.

When ISIS distort the World Of God for their own Evil purposes and I counter their words with my own I note it is a Christian media who will not report my work. ISIS too attempts to own God and yet no attempt other than my own has been made to counter their development of a ‘religious rhetoric’ with a new development of the understanding of the ‘Word of God’.

I have written part of ‘The Epiphany’ which is a journey through the soul of man and woman as the magnitude of God’s achievement and the possibilities of faith both as a torment and an enlightenment. My attempt to explain its value in the fight against ISIS was lost to both Theresa May and MI5 who ignore all my writing. They are Christians.

It is not Islam that is Non-Peaceful it is the religions which seeks to own God for their own purpose. God belongs to no man. He is the guidance the World seeks and has ignored – hence Evil.

Evil has no religion it encompasses all and devours in its entirety.

It is Evil we should be defeating not each other. There is only one God and we as a People are either Good or Evil. It is a choice we each have to make.

There is a difference and it is an important one. A person who supports a terrorist organisation such as ISIS will understand ISIS’s misuse of the Word of God as being the only true development of God’s Word. They will use the misuse of the Quran to justify their acts of terror. ISIS will take a complete sentence or paragraph from the Quran and apply its historical belonging to our current world.

They will take historical events and mix them with the ‘Word of God’ handed down to the Prophet Muhammad and then apply an instruction to kill all those who oppose not the Quran and its teaching but ISIS.

ISIS is not a delivery of the Quran in its entirety. ISIS is a jealous selfish ownership of the meaning of the Quran in out of context phrases.

A terrorist who has an allegiance to ISIS as a the ‘voice of God’ is a person who sees him or herself as acting on behalf of God. They view everybody who does not swear allegiance to God’s new messenger – ISIS as being evil. Which is why it is so easy for them to kill innocent people. It does not matter to them who or where you are they will be carrying out the work of God as instructed by ISIS.

It should not be difficult to counter the ISIS misuse of the world of God but it is. My own experience with the U.K Government and MI5 has illustrated to me that they have no idea at all of how to deal with terrorism. Flooding the streets with troops will not stop a committed terrorist from carrying out his mission.

Religious terrorism begins with the misuse of the word of God and its application to the hypocrisy of the West. ISIS will use illegal acts of warfare and the support of corrupt Governments by the West as proof of their evil.

I have written a new perspective which develops the world of God in order that we have a counter to that of ISIS but both MI5 and the U.K Government will not even acknowledge my work. Yet if we as the West are not able to develop our own understanding of God and stop allowing our own acts of terror we will never defeat the terrorist. We must stop killing innocent civilians in conflicts and we must stop supporting corrupt Governments .

We must allow new understanding of God’s word to be developed if we are to successfully combat terrorism.

You could say ISIS and I are the only ones who have developed a new understanding of the World of God. ISIS will kill with theirs but I will save lives with mine.

Why then is my work so deliberately ignored by the United Kingdom Government and its Security Services? ISIS will use it as an example of the Evil of the West.

Now we have the Lone Wolf. The Lone Wolf will kill you because he received a Parking Ticket. The Parking Ticket may be the trigger to a whole series of real or perceived persecution by the State or by a group of individuals.

He is able to use the terror of ISIS and hijack it to his or her own hate of the World and ISIS will of course use every means to own that hate.

The Lone Wolf has a hatred of the World and in particular the Western World. Which is why the Lone Wolf is a Western manifestation. It may be that he has had enough of being targeted by the Establishment or others. He may view the acts of corruption and hypocrisy of the Government as a symbol of all that has ever gone wrong for him. He may want revenge for something that was done to his family.

The Lone Wolf is a perfect target for ISIS. They can adapt their writing to suit his circumstances. They do not have to be in contact with him. All they have to do is say they represent the fight against the Evil of the West and he or she will adopt their acts of terror.

How do we stop the Lone Wolf? First we must regain the moral high ground which ISIS have adopted. In order to do that we cannot support Government and Organisations that are corrupt and carry out acts of inhumanity.

We must involve our Police with the People not as the Front line of the Govemment. We as the West must practise what we preach – and we all know that we do not.

America must stop making it so easy to kill. That begins with a ban on all imported assault weapons and a limit to how many and how much ammunition you can own. The ‘acceptance of violence’ is an example that the Lone Wolf has in his or her mindset.

Lone Wolf’s will become more common. Our Governments and the U.K Government in particular are becoming more repressive and more decoranian as they seek to find new ways to combat terrorism and the Lone Wolf syndrome.

I will provide this example. Theresa May the U.K Prime Minister wants to make it illegal to browse terrorist information on the Internet. But is is needed to be read by those who seek to expose its hypocrisy.

Yet May does nothing to stop vile filthy groups through Google exploiting women and children on the Internet. Rather that go to the source May takes the easy option – which does nothing to stop those who are exploiting children and only serves to create further division as we all become MI5 subjects. This will provide some with further evidence of the Corruption of the West and lead Lone Wolf’s to want to punish or end it with violent acts.

Reading what ISIS writes does not turn you into a Lone Wolf or Terrorist. Unless it is accompanied by the West’s failure to apply human rights and an equal application of the Law to all.

Never has the gap between Government and the People been so big. Goverment have to end their arrogance, their corruption and their dishonest ‘spin’ if they want people to be part of one World and not so apart from it they will kill with no thought of the deaths and misery they will cause.

What is it like to work with Theresa May?

This was answered by me on Quora.

This is not a conventional answer but it is an appropriate one. I am answering it as a U.K Citizen who has sent new ideas to the Prime Minister via the Cabinet Office and MI5.

I tried to work with Theresa May as first the Home Office Secretary and then as Prime Minister.

I sent Theresa May new ideas and systems for improving the U.K and the World.

I sent warnings and new systems for how to deal with Counter Terrorism.

My warnings about the increased terror threat to the U.K were unfortunately ignored and proved correct.

My new perspective on how to deal with radicalism and ISIS were also completely ignored.

May has also completely ignored my warnings about U.K based cyber-crime which will drive business away from the U.K.

In fact it would seem that whatever you send as a concerned citizen to Theresa May is completely and utterly ignored.

From my experience I would say that Theresa May does not know how to and does not want to listen to anybody outside her own inner circle.

You only have to watch May on TV answering questions to see that she gets annoyed if anybody dares to question her views.

That is my experience of trying to work with my Prime Minister. A Prime Minister who has yet to produce one new original new idea for the improvement of the U.K and the World whilst ignoring those that have new ideas.

From my Prime Minister and her Government Agencies I have never received an acknowledgement or a thank you.

However, when I sent my views to President Trump I received a signed thank you letter.

Good Government is one that works with its Citizens not one that ignores them.
