This is only a theory. We who care have theories.
We do know that in 2020 the peoples of many countries are very dissatisfied with their Government(s). Why would that dissatisfaction be limited only to the ‘street level’ civil populations?
What if that dissatisfaction is also at the level which has the ideological environment and the financial resources to access control and command military systems. What if that control and command included civil and military and communication systems on a Global scale.
Why? The intention of creating a New World Order.
Therefore, the Question I propose is: Have the U.S.A. UK and allies ‘Intelligence Systems thinking’ the unboundaried analytical dexterity and unrestricted intellectual flexibility that is required to calculate the ‘actual probability and progression’ of a ‘real-time’ Live Nuclear Countdown by non-State groups?
What does the Question mean? The Question suggests the real possibility that there exists somewhere in the World a group of persons connected by a central ideology who have activated the countdown to a nuclear initiated act of war against the U.S.A and allies. Russia and China could also possibly be ‘targets’. It suggests that Intelligence Services may be too inward looking. By purpose or by fault is for the Intelligence services themselves to answer. As the Intelligence Services and the Media (en masse) take no note of my suggestions and theories , which are intended to make the World safer, then we will never know.
How do I intend to Answer the Question? I have devised a probability test which through a series of Question and their answers should indicate if the scenario I Have developed is likely on a scale of 1-100. 1 being a theory that has no possibility and 100 being Yes the scenario does exist as a real probability with real set of locations and a real set of ‘groups’.
Q1. Have non-State groups the ability and systems to possess nuclear weapons? Yes >99% Yes? Reality…..50..55..60..65..70..75..80..85..90..95..100. The reality is 100%.
Q2. Is there a real-time threat to the United States of America and the United Kingdom from the reality of Q1. Yes>99%? Reality…………………..100 The reality is 100%.
Q3. Could a series of strategically placed ‘minimum’ nuclear explosion cause our weather systems to cause total chaos to military defence systems? Yes>99% Reality………………………………………………………………………………………100 The reality is 100%.
Q4. Can Big Data provide the strategic locations that would allow nuclear weapons to cause the scenario in Q3. Yes>999% Reality………………………100 The reality is 100%
Q5. Can non-state group(S) access system(s) of communication and control which would allow them to utilise Government/Military Big Data? Yes???????? = Prove. Governments have contracted out systems which access classified military data. Yes> 80% Reality……………………………………80
Q6. Is it possible for the United States Intelligences Services and GCHQ to determine the exact location of the launch sites if they existed? If they exist then it is because a hostile group have used Big Data to calculate the locations necessary to use the minimum fusion force necessary to extrapolate a controlled change to our Climate. This then confirms Q5. However, as the U.S Intelligence Services and GCHQ do not support this theory then their locations will be not be found. Q7. Is there an ideology relevant to this theory? Answer. There was one in 1945. See below. Therefore the Q has a historic Yes. However, does the threat still exist or are there new threats?
