My answer to this Quora Question.
There is a difference and it is an important one. A person who supports a terrorist organisation such as ISIS will understand ISIS’s misuse of the Word of God as being the only true development of God’s Word. They will use the misuse of the Quran to justify their acts of terror. ISIS will take a complete sentence or paragraph from the Quran and apply its historical belonging to our current world.
They will take historical events and mix them with the ‘Word of God’ handed down to the Prophet Muhammad and then apply an instruction to kill all those who oppose not the Quran and its teaching but ISIS.
ISIS is not a delivery of the Quran in its entirety. ISIS is a jealous selfish ownership of the meaning of the Quran in out of context phrases.
A terrorist who has an allegiance to ISIS as a the ‘voice of God’ is a person who sees him or herself as acting on behalf of God. They view everybody who does not swear allegiance to God’s new messenger – ISIS as being evil. Which is why it is so easy for them to kill innocent people. It does not matter to them who or where you are they will be carrying out the work of God as instructed by ISIS.
It should not be difficult to counter the ISIS misuse of the world of God but it is. My own experience with the U.K Government and MI5 has illustrated to me that they have no idea at all of how to deal with terrorism. Flooding the streets with troops will not stop a committed terrorist from carrying out his mission.
Religious terrorism begins with the misuse of the word of God and its application to the hypocrisy of the West. ISIS will use illegal acts of warfare and the support of corrupt Governments by the West as proof of their evil.
I have written a new perspective which develops the world of God in order that we have a counter to that of ISIS but both MI5 and the U.K Government will not even acknowledge my work. Yet if we as the West are not able to develop our own understanding of God and stop allowing our own acts of terror we will never defeat the terrorist. We must stop killing innocent civilians in conflicts and we must stop supporting corrupt Governments .
We must allow new understanding of God’s word to be developed if we are to successfully combat terrorism.
You could say ISIS and I are the only ones who have developed a new understanding of the World of God. ISIS will kill with theirs but I will save lives with mine.
Why then is my work so deliberately ignored by the United Kingdom Government and its Security Services? ISIS will use it as an example of the Evil of the West.
Now we have the Lone Wolf. The Lone Wolf will kill you because he received a Parking Ticket. The Parking Ticket may be the trigger to a whole series of real or perceived persecution by the State or by a group of individuals.
He is able to use the terror of ISIS and hijack it to his or her own hate of the World and ISIS will of course use every means to own that hate.
The Lone Wolf has a hatred of the World and in particular the Western World. Which is why the Lone Wolf is a Western manifestation. It may be that he has had enough of being targeted by the Establishment or others. He may view the acts of corruption and hypocrisy of the Government as a symbol of all that has ever gone wrong for him. He may want revenge for something that was done to his family.
The Lone Wolf is a perfect target for ISIS. They can adapt their writing to suit his circumstances. They do not have to be in contact with him. All they have to do is say they represent the fight against the Evil of the West and he or she will adopt their acts of terror.
How do we stop the Lone Wolf? First we must regain the moral high ground which ISIS have adopted. In order to do that we cannot support Government and Organisations that are corrupt and carry out acts of inhumanity.
We must involve our Police with the People not as the Front line of the Govemment. We as the West must practise what we preach – and we all know that we do not.
America must stop making it so easy to kill. That begins with a ban on all imported assault weapons and a limit to how many and how much ammunition you can own. The ‘acceptance of violence’ is an example that the Lone Wolf has in his or her mindset.
Lone Wolf’s will become more common. Our Governments and the U.K Government in particular are becoming more repressive and more decoranian as they seek to find new ways to combat terrorism and the Lone Wolf syndrome.
I will provide this example. Theresa May the U.K Prime Minister wants to make it illegal to browse terrorist information on the Internet. But is is needed to be read by those who seek to expose its hypocrisy.
Yet May does nothing to stop vile filthy groups through Google exploiting women and children on the Internet. Rather that go to the source May takes the easy option – which does nothing to stop those who are exploiting children and only serves to create further division as we all become MI5 subjects. This will provide some with further evidence of the Corruption of the West and lead Lone Wolf’s to want to punish or end it with violent acts.
Reading what ISIS writes does not turn you into a Lone Wolf or Terrorist. Unless it is accompanied by the West’s failure to apply human rights and an equal application of the Law to all.
Never has the gap between Government and the People been so big. Goverment have to end their arrogance, their corruption and their dishonest ‘spin’ if they want people to be part of one World and not so apart from it they will kill with no thought of the deaths and misery they will cause.
