No they are not. Just like all Christians are not rapists and murderers.
The use of Islam by terror groups is a hijacking of the ‘Word of God’. There are many instances throughout history where the Bible has also been hijacked to justify acts of killing.
“Slaves, obey your earthly masters with respect and fear, and with sincerity of heart, just as you would obey Christ.” Is taken from Ephesians 6:5
Slave owners and pro-slavery pastors used the above passage to justify the African slave trade up until the 19th century.
There are 2 billion- Muslims in the World. The overwhelming majority live in Peace.
Islam is a faith and one which must be allowed to develop alongside cultural and socio-economic changes to current Islamic teachings and the incorporation of Islam into or with governance.
To do so Peace is required and new forms of understanding of how to progress Islam as a progressive form of democracy.
It does not help that the Government of Australia with the Government of the United Kingdom and their media have ensured my new Philosophy of the ‘World of God’ has been suppressed.
