Answer by Desmond Last:

The Conservative Party is yesterdays Dinosaur. It is conserving the status Quo. It has become the deja vu of failed promise and the upholder of class division.

It is stuck in a time warp in which Theresa May ensures the U.K Establishment keeps the people at bay with promises of a future full of unity and National Pride as long as you doff your hat at the landed gentry.

The House of Lords is its Golden Spire of vested interest and obliging recognition where the only voice is that of an aging Establishment.

The long-gone status quo is the Conservatives only Policy. The dream of an Empire which commands attention at the first vowel of any hypocritical adjective and spins endless promise is still the mainstream of the Conservatives.

Post Thatcher economics are still its only economic policy which even a first year London School of Economics student will be able to illustrate has become swamped with corruption and greed.

Unable to provide an economic system that produces a value in the way of an increased standard of living the Conservatives can only make savage and brutal cuts to the income of those who are least able to fight back.

They have no Polocies. They only have cuts and more cuts.

They have no new ideas. They only have the same old ideas re-packaged in Theresa May ‘never disagree with me’ spin.

They are old, worn-out and not relevant.

They are dinosaur lost in a new World which requires new bright and sparkling ideas. Where honesty and Principle are now the new mantra and most of all where you represent the People not they represent you.

That is it. There is no Conservative Policy for the People only for the Party.

Other than existing wealth, what exactly is the conservative party conserving in today's politics?
