No. But they make sure that poor people do as much drugs as possible so they can make lots of money out of their addiction and misery.
Lots of poor people are arrested by the Police for doing less drugs than a farmer sprays his crop with.
However, very few rich people are arrested for financing the manufacturer and supply of drugs.
We will never stop drug use until the Government(s) control the supply of drugs and the means of supply – money.
That means ensuring the money trails are all locked down. For that we need laws that apply equally to all of us.
