Ancient Gods have Principles. So first you would have to curse any Prime Minister, President, King, Queen, and member of any Faith who allow children to die of Poverty and War.
That of course would mean that at last we would have World Peace as it is Governments who cause wars and Poverty not the children or the People.
On that basis you would need to invoke the Ancient Manuscript called the International Convention of Human Rights which quite clearly states in legalese do not kill children in war or Peace.
Ancient Gods can only be summoned when you are prepared to fight Evil As God declares it is Evil to kill children then we every right to banish Evil Governments to Hell.
