What must the Labour Party do to prevent losing votes to UKIP?

My answer to What must the Labour Party do to prevent losing votes to UKIP?

Answer by Desmond Last:

Labour can begin by removing the most ridiculous hypocrisy in British Politics.

Labour can remove its members from the un-elected House of Lords and propose a new second House which has elected representatives of U.K Community Groups including Police Military and NHS.

How the members of the Labour Party can claim to represent ‘the working people’ of the United Kingdom when there are no ‘working people’ in the House of Lords is laughable.

The Labour Party is a contradiction and until it represents the people and not the Establishment it will never be a credible Political force.

The Labour Party needs a new Leader with vision not one clothed in the history of economics and Politics that are not relevant to 2017.

Any decent opposition should by now have forced an election to elect a Prime Minister as Theresa May does not have the mandate of the People.

Labour will continue to lose to UKIP if they continue to stagnate instead of producing policies which innovate and progress democracy and social justice.
