Canada would win. In the summer the Australians would be too exhausted from fighting bush-fires for the entire season.
In the winter the Australians would be too exhausted from rebuilding everything that had been destroyed in the summer.

Climate Change is the new enemy and the stupidity and selfishness of our Governments is its cause.
I say selfishness because they have been more concerned with getting votes than dealing with climate change.
Australia will become one of the most drought-affected continents by Climate Change.
