I would stop all money Aid Government and non-Government.
I would not allow any Government with Citizens who are dying of malnutrition to have overseas bank accounts, homes, etc.
I would only provide immediate aid in the form of food, water and shelter from the nearest economy.
I would not allow any Charities or Aid Organisation to be involved in alleviating hunger. They could be partners in projects but would not be allowed to manage the project only to give advice.
I would provide communities as part of countries with viable profitable projects with known markets and develop new markets. I would want the Governments to partner the Communities not own them.
I would only lend not give money to each project. I would never provide any actual cash. I would pay all the bills with my verifiable audited organisations.
A percentage of the projects profit would be used to lend to another community in their country.
The principle is. What has more value a $ earned or a $ given?
