Speaking as somebody who has had a blowtorch of trouble applied to the last 10 years of my life I can speak as an expert on this subject.

Lesson One. When officialdom has been instructed to make your life as angry as possible never leave your cool. Be calm rational and logical. Officialdom has a low IQ so it will not be able to deal with your ‘ice mood’ and will have to back off – usually looking stupid to your worldwide audience. Always post your ‘Nazi’ moment on social media.

Lesson Two. Make sure you are acting within the Law. Trouble attracts trouble.

Lesson Three. You are in the right. That means one day you will have your moment of legal revenge.

Lesson Four. The Lesson of all Lessons. The Big Daddy of a Peaceful Life. The answer to the worried brow. If you are unable to do anything about the problem lock it away until you can.

Lesson Five. Never give up if you are in the right. Never give away your principles. Always be honest and never forget to laugh at those who are stupid enough to make your life troubled.

Lesson Six. Every Dog has its day.
