Answer by Desmond Last:

The BPMN system is one-time. It only acts in one-dimension.

The BPMN has no route for the learning process.

Every system must allow for continual improvement. The continual improvement must transfer through a process which analyses the most recent flow of information.

Then it will be a ‘constant state’ that acts on the changes that are necessary to increase the efficiency of the flow of information.

I have written a new Disaster Response System for both National and International use. The most important part of the system is the feedback route – ‘the debrief’.
