Is it possible to make an island/country tsunami proof?

My answer to Is it possible to make an island/country tsunami proof?

Answer by Desmond Last:

No it is not. But yes it possible to reduce the effects and prepare for them.

It is time that the World’s leaders prepare for the effects of climate change, man-made or not, by forming an International Disaster Directorate.

As the effects of climate change become more extreme (man-made or not) many communities and Countries will not have the resources to manage the resultant destruction and loss of life.

We do not have a International Response Group. We need one.

In 2016 the U.K Government wasted time and money sending three helicopters to Nepal. They were not needed.

I have developed a new National and International System for Disaster response. Donald Trump, Theresa May and Malcolm Turnbull have not developed a new system.

If my system were to be implemented it would save time, lives and money.

We need a system of ensuring that the resources are available to stop a disaster developing its most extreme effects. Until then countries who will suffer from tsunami’s etc are unlikely to be able to maintain their economy.

Donald Trump and America will not sell cars to countries who have no roads because they are under water.
