Answer by Desmond Last:

You will have to ask one of the 10,000 new Immigration Officers or the 5000 new Border Patrol Officers that Donald Trump is hiring.

Why? Because item (g) of Donald Trump’s Executive Order: Enhancing Public Safety in the Interior of the United States states and I quote:

‘Sec. 5. Enforcement Priorities. In executing faithfully the immigration laws of the United States, the Secretary of Homeland Security (Secretary) shall prioritize for removal those aliens described by the Congress in sections 212(a)(2), (a)(3), and (a)(6)(C), 235, and 237(a)(2) and (4) of the INA (8 U.S.C. 1182(a)(2), (a)(3), and (a)(6)(C), 1225, and 1227(a)(2) and (4)), as well as removable aliens who

(g) In the judgment of an immigration officer, otherwise pose a risk to public safety or national security’.

That is a lot of Power for one of Donald Trump’s new Immigration Officers. If I were an American I would want that person to have a senior rank and a minimum level of experience. No mention is made of an Appeal process.
