My answer to I'm an Afghan and a Muslim. Why is my life dependent on White people's decision?
Answer by Desmond Last:
Because you let them take away your individual sovereignty and economic power.
Example. Some genius in the Taliban who has had a lobotomy has decided to provide China with security for its mining ventures in Afghanistan,
The people of Afghanistan are now bending over for the Chinese. China is not mining Afghanistan to make sure that the 40 per cent of Afghans in the northern regions of Afghanistan that do not have power and water suddenly have hot showers everyday. They are mining Afghanistan so the Chinese can have hot showers every day.
All the people of Afghanistan should own their resources not China. Yes involve third party investment but do not give away control.
To not to be like the U.K. They have given away control of their strategic utilities.
Over 1.4 million Afghans have been killed since Russia decided to invade Afghanistan in 1979. The people of Afghanistan have to take all the power and all the responsibility for the future of their country.
That means the apparently intellectually challenged Taliban need a sharp short reality lesson if Afghanistan is ever going to be an independant Nation.
My message to the Taliban is this ‘ Afghanistan has had enough of dying. What is your plan for its future?’
I have been writing about my economic plans for Afghanistan for nine years I do not see the Taliban asking for my help in developing a future for Afghanistan.
I have tried in my own way to bridge the divide by writing poetry and songs which I sent to Mullah Omar and Ayman Al Zawahiri of Al Qaeda – one to recognise the loss of lives loss of both American Marines and Afghans. The other to recognise the loss of Ayman Al Zawahri’s family and ask him to understand the loss of those whose family members die of Terrorism.
My message to the Taliban is this ‘ Afghanistan has had enough of dying. What is your plan for its future? Send this reply to your question to the Taliban they know of my writing.
