Make sure you are not a Citizen of the United Kingdom. Once the United Kingdom leaves the European Union its citizens will no longer receive the benefits of fully-paid up members of the Union.
European Union Members of Parliament have proposed that Young Europeans could be offered a free InterRail pass on their 18th birthday. They believe that it will help to promote a better understanding and knowledge about Europe.

The InterRail pass allows people to travel across Europe's rail network freely. Users can use it to travel wherever they like on the continent.
The EU's Transport Commissioner Violeta Bulc welcomed the proposal as an "excellent idea".
Here in ‘Bend over Britain’ where young people take no part in developing their world let alone the World of others they will be consigned to wander the U.K’s overcrowded and increasingly expensive rail system.
