My answer to Could Hillary Clinton really go to jail if the FBI finds her guilty?
Answer by Desmond Last:
The American Code on disclosure on the disclosure of classified information is clear and explicit.
It states ‘Whoever knowingly and willfully communicates, furnishes, transmits, or otherwise makes available to an unauthorized person, or publishes, or uses in any manner prejudicial to the safety or interest of the United States or for the benefit of any foreign government to the detriment of the United States any classified information……..
In answer to the question ‘Yes. Hillary Clinton could go to jail’. The following points should be considered when discussing the topic.
Hillary Clinton has been in Government Administration for 30 years. When she was Secretary of State if a Government employee had put classified information on a Private Email Server she would have the employee arrested.
Clinton must also have known that a Private email server could be accessed by those who did not have security clearance. It was not an accident or a oversight by Hillary Clinton. It was a deliberate considered decision.
The question America should be asking is why? There can only be two reasons. To allow others to have access to classified information and to hide information that at a later date could be easily destroyed.
Why else would Hillary Clinton use a private email server?
This then leads onto the next question. America is a democracy and it promotes transparency within its system. Hillary Clinton has taken paid public speaking engagements for business and others who rightly or wrongly expect to be favored by Clinton and her administration. They were also able to access classified information.
The next question is Voting has already started. The FBI have made a public statement. The FBI have gone out on a limb. Should Clinton become President the head of FBI James Comey will not be her favorite person. Why has he risked his career?
Because somebody has to draw the line. The Power elite have began to believe they are above the law. That they can at will bend the legal system to suit themselves. The FBI have publicly drawn the line in the sand for those who believe that Governments are above the law.
The FBI Director James Comey has acted in the best interests of the people of America. He has displayed an impartiality that should be congratulated by the people of America. The FBI answers to the law and not to Clinton.
The next question is ‘How many early voters would have not voted for Clinton if they had been made aware that the emails were found on privately owned devices’?
The final question is ‘How transparent is a Hillary Clinton administration going to be? Yes I am a Donald Trump supporter. He too has allegations he has to answer. But I do not see the FBI putting the handcuffs on Donald..
