Aleppo is the closest an ideal Utopia could be for those who want to ensure children suffer as much pain as is possible to provide . With Yemen also a parallel Utopia.
In Aleppo you can blind, maim and kill children at will.
You will not be arrested. The law both National and International will not be enforced.
The Bible and Quran mean nothing in the Utopia from Hell. Would God bomb children?
The United Nations do not exist. There is no Hell awaiting you and the world will let you kill as many children as you want.
