Why is it that those who seek the possible reject the believable unless it can be quantified and qualified.
All new theories begin with an imagination of the possible. Our society and its impetus towards AI has a need for data to produce a confirmation not a new answer.
This is restricting our ability to see outside our provable realities.
Not one problem that our world endures can be solved with computers.
It is our ability to imagine a possibility that enables us to provide the parameters of that information that any computer or AI system will produce.
Time may be a system of measurement now but when we transform time into thought then it becomes a system of travel.
What if time can be paralleled?
Is it possible to have two systems of time side by side?
If so we are perhaps being watched by humans hundreds of thousands or even millions of years ahead of us?
Why would they be any different to us? We can only see one small part of the Universe.
Then there is God. Would God go to all that trouble to make man in his image just for Planet Earth?
We do not know that life exists outside our solar system therefore we cannot reject the possibility,
When Columbus set off for the New World there were many who were convinced he would sail off the edge of the world.
I prefer to use Science Fiction to explore possibilities rather than wait for the fact to be proven.
Many want proof . Which is the answer to the question.
