My answer to What are some key differences between Jeremy Corbyn and Owen Smith?
Answer by Desmond Last:
Jeremy Corbyn has a professionalism about him that comes from a commitment to his cause.
Corbyn is unique. Here we are in 2016. Blair's New Labour now yesterday’s Big Picture and Ed Miliband's ‘Words of Stone’, the Headstone to the ‘middle of the road’ Labour.
Rather than make the Labour Party the new Conservative Party Corbyn still is determined to put his Socialist Utopia to the Labour Party and the Country.
Cameron’s Big Picture is in Theresa May’s waste bin and Owen? Well Owen is the Establishment.
Owen is a nice man. That is it. He does not have the street credibility nor the cause that Corbyn has.
Corbyn is a left wing Politician. If you do not want him then vote him out. He is not going to change.
Corbyn does not have a modern Economic System but then Owen has even less of a system to offer the Labour Party.
To me the key differences are that Owen will be yet another ‘promise all and deliver the same’.
Whereas Corbyn will ‘promise all’ and rather resign than deliver the same.
