How has the CIA time to fund Quora? It is too busy funding anybody and everybody in the Middle East and Afghanistan who will give them yesterday’s loyalty.
Afghanistan must have the richest Warlords in the history of the world.
America has spent $100 billion on non-military aid in Afghanistan where has it all gone?
All they have have to do is hold out their hands and profess loyalty to the U.S and the CIA will provide the cash. It is not going to be paid into their Chase Bank account where it can be traced.
Then the Taliban will take their cut. Al Qaeda theirs and ISIS will have what’s left, less the percentage for the warlord.
Oh and they might throw in x amount of arms and a few Humvee's. Thank you very much says the Taliban as they launch the next raid on the Americans.
The CIA live in a different world to the rest of us. They think everybody can be bought.
The CIA will never understand that most Afghans want America out. Some hate the Americans. But most just want their country back.
They have had 30 years of war. It is time it was ended.
There is only one way to bring Peace to Afghanistan and that is with everybody, including the Taliban.
