Young 20 years old, mobile, ambitious, tech savvy and looking forward to your life? Well you are Generation Ground Zero. Your Generation is about to enter the era of Chaos and Disaster.
You can thank your Parents and the owners of Facebook, Microsoft, Google Amazon and Apple. Yes your Gurus who have made billions out of you since you first hit the text buttons have put bottom line before awareness.
Somehow thinking that applying the equivalent of a Blowtorch to our Planet’s Bio-System would not one day affect their return, they continue to worship the God of future bottom line – Artificial Intelligence. Even though it will never solve any of the world's problems and Space Exploration – which is no good if you do not have a Planet to come back to
You have already seen the droughts, the BushFires, the Storms, the Earthquakes et al and you are going to have to deal with them.
You will lose jobs, homes and even Cities. You will lose futures and many of you will become Climate Change Refugees.
Disasters manmade or not are not going to get less. You are the Generation that will have to deal with them.
Your Parents and your Government have caused Climate Change and you are being left to deal with it.
Paris 21 is a non-mandatory agreement that will not reverse the accelerating rate of change of our Climate. You were not consulted or had a vote in your future.
Paris 21 gives $100 billion a year from 2020 – to Governments corrupt or not.
The first progress report back is not till 2025.
