All legal systems are corrupt not just that of America. How can they be otherwise?
In America the highest court in the land for the people is appointed not by the people but by favor.
The law is the property of the Rich and the penalty of the Poor.
It is served on us by those who sit to give judgement whilst having little understanding of the circumstances so many have to endure.
In the U.K, the House of Lords where so many of the law sit, they are not elected. Yet they make decisions on behalf of the people.
The Law at the International Level is even more corrupt. Where are all the highly paid human rights lawyers for the children of Gaza, Aleppo and Africa?
Where is the Law to demand that the Security Council of the U.N enforce Peace not perpetuate war?
America you are not alone. As long as the law is not available to everyone of us, and those who sit in judgement are not elected by the people, it is corrupt.
