Answer by Desmond Last:
There are now two types of Republican. The old ‘Hawks’, who perceive a strong Military Defense Industry and Military Intervention, to be essential to the strength of the U.S Economy and U.S interests in the world, and Donald Trump’s New World.
Trump questions the cost to America, not only in lives, but also in dollars of failed Nation-State building in the Middle East, Africa and Afghanistan.
Hillary Clinton does not question it because as a Secretary of State Clinton supported it.
The question therefore asks, are the People of America being asked to vote not just for a President but for a completely new Foreign Policy.
Rarely do elections provide such a unique opportunity for the People of America to take part in shaping the destiny of their own country and the World.
Love him or hate him Donald Trump has raised the bar on voter expectations.
Do the people of America want to continue to support corrupt governments, failed military regimes and see their own die?
Or do they want America to look after its own first?
Should Hillary Clinton become President of the United States of America it will be the more of the same. More intervention. More support of corrupt and failed regimes and tragically more dead Americans.
So yes, Clinton will address those concerns. But it will be as if Clinton begins where Obama stopped.
Donald Trump wants America to use its Economic ability to be great. For that you need Peace.
