My answer to How can humanity as a whole start paving the way to a more peaceful world?

Answer by Desmond Last:

We can all begin by agreeing it is possible.

Q. Do you want the World to be at War? A. No. Right that is the first step. We all agree that we need a method then to achieve our Global aim.

Q. Are you prepared to give a mandate to a highly skilled group of men and women (with shared bathrooms – thought I would just get that one out of the way) who will stop any conflict anywhere in the world for the People of the World. A. Yes

You can renew the mandate every 4 years. No person can remain in the Force for more than 4 years.

Q. Are you prepared to allow this Global Defence Force to act once the conflict is not able to be resolved at the local or regional level with no Political Interference or taking of sides.. A. Yes

Q. Are you prepared to allow your own local Army Navy etc to come under the control and direction of this highly trained group both for strategy training and actual combat using your equipment to ensure fast response times and save unnecessary duplication of equipment cost.

Q. Are you and your Army Navy etc prepared to swear an Oath of Humanity which amongst other provision prevents you killing civilians. A. Yes

All the above is a very small part of a very detailed new system of United Nations. A system which your Government including Hillary Clinton know about and will not let the world read and discuss in detail. Why? Ask Hillary Clinton.

If we are to get World Peace we have to stop our Governments supporting war.

A very brief summary is on My development of the United Nations
