My answer to What human rights do we have in a court?

As I will shortly be facing David Cameron Barack Obama and other Government members and Senior Police in court for the abuse of my Human Rights I am just the right person to answer that question.
When you go to court you have the right to defend that of which you have been accused.
You are presumed to be innocent not Guilty. So the Police or Government have to prove your Guilt.
You will have the right to see the evidence and question authenticity.
You will have the right to call expert witnesses. So in my case I will ask Doctors to show how the human rights abuse I have endured in the UK has damaged my right eye and damaged the nerves in my right leg and left hand. It may also have weakened my heart and I may have a brain tumor. I also now have physiological defects such as – noise aversion and public crowding aversion.
I reported this to a Doctor at the Local Heath Surgery in Bicester where I live – he took no notice and referred me for a Mental Health Assessment. He said I needed help – as I thought my writing could improve the world – he said it was strange.
I will have the right of discovery. This will mean that I will have the right to examine all records ie video recordings , emails, phone calls, transcripts of any matter to do with me. So if Cameron said “I do not care if Desmond Last is blinded by a direct-energy or microwave weapon” to x person on the phone I can demand that record.
I can also inspect the sales records and bank accounts of the company who made the weapon which have nearly killed me.
These are the Human Rights you have as given you by the International Deceleration of Human Rights – even though the Act itself is not Incorporated into National law as a fait accompli- all National Acts must contain the same previsions.
All human beings are born equal ……. Gay Black Yellow Greek Syrian in law we are all the same no matter which country we come from. The refugee in Hungary is the same as the citizen in Hungary. So no matter which court you are in you must be treated the same as anybody else.
Everyone is entitled to all the rights……..No matter your views the State must listen to them and allow others too. Unless they incite violence.
Everyone has the right to life and liberty. No death penalty and bail unless you are a threat.
No torture. So they cannot use it to extract a confession. No verbal abuse.
All are equal before the law. They have lawyers if you cannot afford one you must be given one.
Effective remedy. You can sue for wrongful arrest.
No one shall be subject to arbitrary arrest ….. They cannot arrest you or detain you without reason.
Everyone is entitled to a fair and public hearing. They cannot try you in Private and you must have the access to the same resources the State.
You are innocent until proven Guilty.
Your personal honor cannot be attacked.
You are allowed to express your point of view.
As Cameron Obama Merkel and Hillary Clinton know nobody is above the law and you cannot be exempted from any Human Rights Laws.
