My answer to What are some trustworthy sites that have dependable information to help me research on tsunamis?
Answer by Desmond Last:
I personally would not trust the information given by any Western Government website or by any Western media particularly the U.K and Australia. I would also not trust any site that does not have any form of verification. There is a lot of disinformation about Climate Change. I do not trust Governments to provide accurate and up-to-date information. Here in the U.K very little is reported by ITV and BBC about events around the World. Most news throughout the day is just a repeat of the previous hour. The standard of reporting is poor and tends to sensationalise trivia.
Climate Change is only reported by the BBC and ITV in the UK when there is a major disaster. They have never reported me and I have writing about climate change with new ideas for 8 years.
I would tend to favor research paper sites as they are less likely to have been influenced or doctored by Governments. It is becoming more apparent to people around the world, as Climate Change disasters become more regular and severe, that Governments have lied and misrepresented the data. I do not trust any Government and with good reason. They have put Paris 21 to the World as a done and dusted deal. Our World, our Future, our lives and we the People had no say in it whatsoever. It is unbelievable that the whole world just accepted it. Are we really that ineffective as members of our democracies? Is this what the world has come to? We no longer have any say in the future of our world. Is this the New World Order? A World in which we watch as the decisions that affect everyone of us are made by a glossy presentation and a quick wave of the hand by the Obamas and Camerons .I will challenge Paris 21 in a court of International Law on the grounds that a) I was deliberately excluded and b) and that you the people have not had an opportunity to listen to my new ideas and systems which Paris 21 does not have. These are examples of the sites I would trust as you get a range of views and research.
